Your messages go out through shared infrastructure. One account sending spam can get WhatsApp numbers and email domains blocked for everyone.

Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and stop when they ask.
Follow WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, and TRAI DLT rules for SMS.
Don't buy, rent or scrape contact lists.
Content and products
Don't sell or promote anything illegal in India, including prescription drugs without licence, gambling, weapons or counterfeit goods.
Don't publish misleading health, financial or earnings claims, or impersonate anyone.
The platform
Don't try to break into accounts, probe for weaknesses without our permission, overload the service, or resell it except through the Agency plan.
What we do
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks this policy. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Reporting abuse
Write to us through the contact page at /contact/. We reply within one business day and resolve most requests within 30 days.
