Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and the company that runs Marketiism OS. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
Your content and your customers
You own the data you put in. You must have your customers' consent before messaging them, and follow WhatsApp Business policies, TRAI DLT rules for SMS, and payment provider rules. See our acceptable use policy.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in rupees and exclude GST, which is added to every invoice. Meta, payment gateways and other providers bill their own charges directly. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Partner program
Partner commissions are governed by the partner program terms shown on the partner sign-up page.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Suspension and closing
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, and will tell you why.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

Write to us through the contact page at /contact/. We reply within one business day and resolve most requests within 30 days.
Changes
We will email account owners at least 15 days before material changes take effect.
