Our role
When you store your customers' data in your workspace, you are the Data Fiduciary and we are your Data Processor: we process it only to provide the service, on your instructions.
For your own account data, we are the Data Fiduciary.
What we process
Contact details (name, phone, email), conversations, orders, payments, bookings and course progress, for the purpose of running the features you use.
Your rights
Access a summary of your personal data and who it has been shared with.
Correct, complete, update or erase your data.
Withdraw consent, as easily as you gave it.
Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act.
Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
Grievance officer
Write to us through the contact page at /contact/ with the subject "Grievance". The grievance officer's name and email will be listed here. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
Breaches
If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act requires, with what happened and what we are doing about it.
