Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged if you don't continue.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings > Billing or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
Monthly plans
Monthly fees are not refunded for a part-used month, except where the service was unavailable for us to provide.
Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of payment, we refund the full amount. After that, we refund the unused whole months, less any discount you received for paying yearly.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) within 7 working days of approval. We issue a GST credit note for each refund.
Charges we don't control
WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta and payment gateway fees are not refundable by us.
Your own customers
Refunds for things you sell to your customers through the service are between you and your customer under your own refund policy.
