Delete it yourself
Disconnect a Facebook Page, Instagram account or other social account: Social > Accounts > Disconnect. Its access token is erased straight away and we sign it out of our posting provider.
To remove a WhatsApp number, contacts, chats or your whole account, ask us as below and we do it for you.
Remove us from Facebook
On Facebook go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Marketiism OS and choose Remove. We then lose access to your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data, and you can ask us to delete what we already stored using the steps below.
Ask us to delete your data
Write to us from the email address on your account, or through the contact page, with the subject "Data deletion" and the business name or phone number the data belongs to.
We confirm the request within 2 business days and delete the data within 30 days: your account, connected account tokens, contacts, messages, posts and files. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
We keep only what the law makes us keep, such as tax invoices, and only for as long as required.
Customers of a business that uses us
If a business you deal with uses Marketiism OS to message you, that business controls your data. Ask the business first; if it does not respond, write to us and we will help.

Write to us through the contact page at /contact/. We reply within one business day and resolve most requests within 30 days.
