Who we are
Marketiism OS is run from Pune, Maharashtra. Our registered company name and address will be listed on this page. Marketiism OS ("we") is software that businesses use to talk to and sell to their customers.
For data you put in your account about your own customers, you decide why and how it is used and we process it on your instructions. For data about you as our customer or website visitor, we decide.
Data we collect
Account data: your name, email, phone number, business name, GSTIN and billing address.
Workspace data: contacts, chats, orders, bookings, pages and files you or your team add.
Payment data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
Technical data: hashed IP address, browser type and log entries used for security and fixing errors.
How we use it
To run the service, bill you, send service messages, answer support requests, keep the platform safe from abuse and meet legal duties such as GST records. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your customers' data to market to them ourselves.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers listed on our data protection page, who process it for us under contract, and with authorities when Indian law requires it.
Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. After you close it we delete workspace data within 90 days, except invoices and tax records we must keep for 8 years under GST law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access is limited to staff who need it. Details are on our security page.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to us through the contact page at /contact/. We reply within one business day and resolve most requests within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account owners at least 15 days before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
