Questions people ask
Does it count the start and end day?
By default it counts the days between the dates, so 1 January to 2 January is 1 day. Tick 'count the end date as well' to include both days, as many leave and notice-period counts do.
Does the working day count remove public holidays?
No. It removes Saturdays and Sundays only. Subtract the public or company holidays that fall in your range by hand.
What if my end date is before my start date?
The tool swaps the two dates for you and says so, so you still get the gap.
